Abigail Fernald, LCSW is passionate about working with individuals, families and couples who are coping with chronic illness or multiple long-term conditions. Whether you have been recently diagnosed and are learning to adjust or you have been diagnosed for years and are continuing to cope with the daily stressors, Abigail is present to support you through these life changes. She will encourage, empower and walk with you through this arduous journey.
Abigail also has experience supporting children and families coping with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, school stress and other life changes. She is passionate about working with clients ages 14 and up who would like support in learning positive coping skills, processing trauma or stress, or clients who just need someone to talk to. Abigail offers in person or telehealth sessions for individuals, families and couples.
